This lightweight dress is perfect for a nice dinner or a casual walk on a hot summer day. Piece is blue with red and pink hibiscus flowers. Leaves are a light brown/deep beige. Neckline is best worn off-the-shoulder; has elastic along hem for stretch. Dress is shift-style to offer airflow and breathability. Little to not stretch, feels like cotton. Tag reads "at homewear". Made in USA.
