DamnAged Vintage is looking for a driven, self-motivated, and personable Retail Associate & Stylist to join our growing team.

We’re looking for someone who naturally connects with people and understands that exceptional customer service goes beyond the sale. The ideal candidate is confident styling and selling vintage clothing, enjoys building genuine relationships with clients, and has a passion for creating memorable shopping experiences that keep customers coming back. Success in this role requires someone who is proactive, confident starting conversations, and energized by helping customers discover pieces they’ll truly love.

We thrive in a fast-paced environment where adaptability, initiative, and staying current with vintage and contemporary fashion trends are essential.

DamnAged Vintage operates both in-store and online with a highly active social media presence. We communicate with customers daily through in-store interactions, Instagram, and other online platforms, cultivating lasting relationships that extend beyond the sales floor. Maintaining our welcoming community and engaging online presence is an important part of this role.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Actively engage customers on the sales floor by starting conversations, offering styling recommendations, and creating a memorable shopping experience.
• Deliver an exceptional, personalized customer experience.
• Confidently style and sell vintage clothing while meeting sales goals.
• Build meaningful relationships that encourage repeat business.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually inspiring sales floor.
• Receive, steam, tag, price, and merchandise new inventory.
• Assist with inventory management and daily store operations.
• Create engaging content for social media and support our online presence.
• Photograph, package, and fulfill online orders.
• Stay knowledgeable about vintage fashion, designers, fabrics, and current trends.
• Contribute ideas for merchandising, marketing, and customer engagement.
• Take initiative to keep the store running smoothly and beautifully.
• Represent the DamnAged Vintage brand with professionalism, authenticity, and enthusiasm.
