There's "no place" like a picnic in a dress that fully embodies the cottage-core vibes of Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz. With ruffle details on the straps that create a V-shape down the front of the piece and a tie at the waist, all you'll need is the red slippers to complete the look. The piece has blue gingham on the entirety of it, minus the ruffles. Fabric overall has little to no stretch, but there is an elastic at the waist to provide some wiggle room. There is no zipper on the piece, only a small clasp on the back that is likely for aesthetic purposes. The lack of lining within the dress makes it more breathable. Material feels like cotton.
