This gorgeous 1990's burgundy gown is super chic, yet very playful! The top portion of the dress is a velvet material with a bit of black mesh detailing all around the front and back. The bottom have of the dress is a plain, silky material. The dress has straps that are an inch wide, as well as a zipper on the left side for closure.
