This 60's top is the perfect unique statement piece for casual wear . With adorable hot air balloons on the front and back of the shirt, it catches the eye immediately. Pair it with a plain pant or skirt to give it the moment it requires! Neckline is collared with slight v-shape and a small button for option closing at the neck. Otherwise, can be left open. Fabric is unlined and slightly sheer with no stretch. Feels like possible nylon blend. Tag reads "Bobbie Brooks". Made in USA. Has some signs of staining as pictured.
