This adorable 90's dress is perfect for layering over a long sleeve shirt and tights in the winter, or on its own in the spring & summer! Dress features a sweetheart neckline and spaghetti straps, as well as 8 functional buttons up the front of the piece. Pattern includes tiny pink, purple and white flowers across the entirety of the fabric. Back features criss-crossed strips of fabric that make for an adorable open-back during the warmer months. Silhouette is a-line, perfect for bringing attention to your waistline and giving your body more shape. Feels like polyester. Little to no stretch.
