This adorable dress has ALL the 1980's charm you could dream of. Between the puffed sleeves to the shoulder pads, it's simply perfect. This piece is especially flattering because of the A-Line skirt that draw attention to the waist and flares out at the skirt. Fabric has a white background with small bunches of purple, yellow, blue and orange flowers on it. Otherwise it has tiny blue flowers to fill up any negative space. The back is amazing, with a cutout in the mid-back area and a tie by the neck. Sleeves are short and puffed. Material is soft; feels like cotton. Skirt has pockets! Tag reads "petite Lanz". Little to no stretch.
