There’s so much to love about this adorable 90's cardigan. Can be perfect on its own over a tank top and jeans, or as a coverup over a dress. Material is sheer. Has tiny red flower details with some sporadic sequin placement. Tie at the bust for optional closing. Neckline is V-Neck when closed. Ties at each wrist for aesthetics. Small ruffle at the end of the sleeves. Little stretch. 100% Rayon. Made in India.
