This 1960's black maxi halter dress is so stunning! Sexy and sleek, this gown features an exposed cutout neckline with four metal flowers on the front. Perfect for a formal event or an evening out! Open back with two adjustable ties and a zip closure. Soft, thicker material with a bit of stretch. In great vintage condition! Halter necktie is also adjustable.
